Easy Avocado Deviled Eggs For The Perfect Easter Brunch

Don’t you love how music has the power to bring back vivid memories?

Do you have a song that gives you a case of “the feels” every time you hear it?

For me that song goes something like this:

“Here comes Peter Cottontail… hopping down the bunny trail… hippity hoppity Easter is on its waaaaaaay.”

My grandfather would belt that song out at any chance he got in the months leading up to Easter… and it put a smile on my face each and every time!

Next time you have your family gathered around to celebrate (whether Easter is on its way or not), bring along these healthy and tasty deviled eggs.

How To Make Avocado Deviled Eggs
 
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Remove the cooked yolks from the hard boiled eggs.
  2. Place into a bowl.
  3. Add the avocados.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and use a fork to mix and mash everything together until well combined.
  5. Spoon the avo-egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
  6. Finish with the pinch of paprika.

These eggs not only make a perfect and festive Easter appetizer, but can also be a nice addition to any party platter year-round!
