Do You Know If You Are Eating These Dangerous Additives?

By Lindsay Sibson

It is a key characteristic and quality in making a relationship successful.

The relationships with your partner or spouse, your family, your children, your friends, your coworkers… Without trust, it is difficult to have meaningful and fulfilling relationships with anybody, including yourself.

Now, I would like to take that ONE step further.

TRUST is also important when it comes to the foods you are eating and the products you use! I will be the first to say that I certainly DO NOT trust most major food manufacturers “out there.” Many of them only have dollar signs in their eyes, with little consideration about the impact their products have on my health (and yours)!

What are you to do?

What this means is you need to investigate and educate yourself to find out exactly what it is that you are putting in, on and around your body.

The sad truth is that there are countless nasty and dangerous additives that are lurking in your food.

Why Additives?

Big food companies use these dangerous preservatives and cheap fillers to help extend the shelf life of their products as well as increase their bottom line.

While these additives have absolutely NO health benefits and could be harming your health right NOW, companies are continuing to be able to cheaply produce their products by pumping them full of these icky ingredients.

Read on to learn about WHAT to watch out for and HOW to keep yourself safe!

These 10 additives are a classic case that iterates:

“If it came from a plant, EAT it. If it was made in a plant, DON’T.” – Michael Pollan

It is up to YOU to question what exactly is going into your body when you eat packaged foods and the other products you use in your life.

I will say it one more time: READ LABELS! By doing so, you will protect your health and save yourself from the horrific side effects these dangerous additives have.

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
