Suffering with at least one digestion issue affects so many people in this day and age and can be overwhelming on a daily basis. Day-to-day living is especially difficult if you suffer from constant pain, discomfort, indigestion, fatigue and toilet troubles.

Most digestive problems have to do with lifestyle, the foods we’ve eaten, or stress, which means that taking steps to change your lifestyle can help – and often prevent – many of these problems.

What Can You Do NOW To Improve Your Digestion (and ultimately your immunity)?

  • Strive to get your carbohydrates from fruit and veggies and also include high quality gluten-free grains like spelt, quinoa, & brown rice; fats including avocado, nuts, and seeds and lean protein such as fish, poultry and turkey.
  • Eliminate gluten, sugar, processed foods and dairy from your diet.
  • Include probiotics and L-glutamine that help support healthy bacteria and strengthen your gut wall. Tip: If opting for a probiotic supplement instead of fermented foods (which provide a ton of beneficial probiotics), aim for at least 10 billion CFU’s (colony forming units) per capsule and at least 10 strains of bacteria.
  • Lastly, be sure to supplement with a fresh veggie juice in to your daily regimen; it’s a quick and easy way to get vital ingredients into your blood without putting any stress on your digestive system and can greatly improve any uncomfortable or unpleasant symptoms.
  • Most importantly, take some time out and manage your stress levels. Practice relaxation techniques such as mediation, regular exercise and ensure you get plenty of sleep, which all help with alleviating stress.
  • Keep a 3-day food diary to monitor which foods trigger or worsen symptoms. If you want an app to use instead of paper, check out myfitnesspal.com.

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
