Vegan is predicted to be the biggest food trend this year.

Over the past couple years we have seen a remarkable and rapid growth in the vegan scene. More and more people are going plant-based, vegan and vegetarian and even those who are not ready to make the complete shift are interested in plant-based options.

In 2016 there was a 90% increase in vegan searches on google. The Veganuary movement is set to exceed over 150,000 participants in 2018 compared to the 59,500 in 2017.

In the UK alone, there has been a 987% increase in the demand for vegetarian and vegan options. With 6% of the U.S. population being vegan and much more becoming vegan-curious, vegetarian or otherwise plant-based, the demand for vegan products is huge.
