No matter which smoothie you choose to enjoy, you can’t go wrong with it! Each smoothie may taste like that forbidden, delicious cookie, but you will be amazed at the benefits that it is actually providing your body!

  • Almond Milk. Almond milk tastes amazing and also provides different benefits for your body. It helps keep your bones and muscles strong, maintains your blood pressure and helps you to maintain a strong and healthy heart.
  • Bananas. They’re fat free and cholesterol free. They are high in fiber, which helps improve the function of your colon. The fiber also helps you to lose weight! Bananas are also loaded with potassium, which helps lower your blood pressure and are great for keeping your heart healthy.
  • Almond Butter. Almond butter contains vitamins and nutrients that your body needs. A few of those vitamins and nutrients include calcium, copper, magnesium, vitamin E, as well as healthy fats and fiber.
  • Oats. Oats, or oatmeal, contain minerals such as thiamin, zinc, iron and magnesium. It is also high in fiber, low in fat and high in protein, which are great for keeping you feeling full and helping you lose weight. Oats are also naturally gluten-free.
  • Cinnamon. Cinnamon reduces your risk of heart disease later in life. It lowers the high level of bad cholesterol in your blood. It is also an anti-bacterial and can relieve the first symptoms of a sore throat and cough.
