Cucumber Lime Organifi Smoothie To Boost Brain Health

Everyone knows that it’s important to eat your fruits and vegetables every day, especially the green ones! But not everyone likes to sit down and eat a plate full of green every day, so that’s where making a green smoothie comes in; not only is making a smoothie fast, but you can take it on the go with you too!

Cucumber Lime Veggie Green Smoothie
  • 2 cups water (or coconut or almond milk for a more creamy smoothie)
  • 1 cucumber, roughly chopped
  • Juice of two limes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp matcha powder (optional)
  • ½ fresh avocado, skin removed
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple (or fresh and some ice cubes)
  • 1 scoop Organifi Green Juice
  1. Place water (or milk), spinach and cucumber in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Add other ingredients. Blend on high again until completely smooth.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
