Creamy Avocado Chocolate Pudding

The other day, I had an insane craving for chocolate, but I didn’t want to ruin my healthy eating habits that I’ve been trying so hard to establish the past few months.
And then, I came across this recipe for avocado chocolate pudding. Granted, I’ve just recently started enjoying avocadoes, but you can still see why I was a bit skeptical to try this. I mean, how does avocado make chocolate pudding?
Well, I made it and it was AMAZING!
Avocado Chocolate Pudding
- 2 ripe medium avocados, peeled and chopped
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup honey (or other sweetener of choice, I prefer honey)
- ½ cup milk (regular or almond milk, coconut, etc.)
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Blend all ingredients, until smooth, in a blender, food processor or using a handheld mixer. Serve immediately, or chill first.

Talk about amazing! This recipe satisfied my sweet tooth and my chocolate cravings all without me ruining my diet!
