I’ll take the TRAFFIC any day (even the infamous LA traffic), because being constipated absolutely SUCKS.

There is no pretty way to put it… when  you can’t “go,” it leaves you feeling bloated, uncomfortable and just downright miserable.

What You Need To Know About Constipation

  • Not enough water or fiber in your diet
  • Few bowel movements

  • 6 pitted prunes (dried plums)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of nutmeg 


1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
