What Is Cold Pressed Juice?

Cold pressed juice refers to a fresh juice that is made by using a hydraulic press to extract the juice from vegetables and fruits.

1. Clean the oranges in fresh cold water with your homemade produce wash.

      • Allow to air dry.

2. Cut the orange in half (leave the skin on!).

3. Place the oranges directly in the fruit press and press slowly until the juice starts flowing.

      • Keep at full pressure until the juice flows to a slow drip.

4. Drink your fresh cold pressed orange juice immediately or bottle and store in the refrigerator.
