I am OH-SO glad that I was absolutely clueless when my mom would sometimes say to me “Goodnight, sleep tight, don’t let the bedbugs bite” when tucking me into bed as a child.
But then you grow up and learn things. And learn gross things… such as how many bugs, germs and ickiness is surrounding you AT ALL TIMES.
Now, I’m not saying to go completely crazy clean freak on everything – BUT you should be aware that you may have a wee bit too many uninvited guests in your bed every night…
Why Freshen Your Mattress?
Get the barf bag ready, because what I am about to tell you will most likely induce a bit of gagging…
Your mattress, yes YOURS, can have between 10,000 to 10,000,000 dust mites lurking in it!
Now if that wasn’t enough to make you want to hurl, these dust mites leave behind their poo, which can cause asthma and allergy issues.
There are MORE reasons to clean your mattress… but I think just this one is enough to get to scrubbing!
