HOW MUCH WEIGHT HAVE YOU LOST SINCE THE BEGINNING OF YOUR TRANSFORMATION OFFICIALLY?
I have lost 20lbs. About 5 inches of my waist. According to my scale I have lost about 1.5% body fat(I think).
HAS YOUR PERSPECTIVE ON TRANSFORMATION CHANGED?WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST SIGNIFICANT MINDSET SHIFT?
I really can transform! One shift in my mindset is that it’s ok to be hungry.
WHAT OTHER BENEFITS HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED?
Recently, I am really starting to see my mental clarity getting better. My MT said my body tissue is different and it doesn’t feel as inflamed.

I heard about the program from a friend I met on an organic farm. I was tired of hating to look at myself in the mirror and not liking what I saw. I was tired of being overweight.

WHEN DID YOU START AND WHAT’S YOUR REGIMEN?
I started on January 5 2015. A typical day was juicing, some kind of fitness like walking, biking or running around with my grand-kids and following the fit life recipes.
DESCRIBE YOUR EXERCISE ROUTINE DURING THIS TIME
Yoga, biking, walking stretching, snowshoeing and light weights.
WHAT’S A TRANSFORMATION HABIT OR TIP YOU’VE MOST ENJOYED THAT HELPED YOU ACHIEVE WHAT YOU DID?
Definitely juicing in advance is a huge help. My transformation has a way to go yet. I am really working hard on the transformation of my mindset.
WHAT WAS YOUR GO-TO FAVORITE RECIPE THAT HELPED YOU ACHIEVE THIS TRANSFORMATION? JUICE, SMOOTHIE, SNACK, MEAL, ETC. PLEASE ADD AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE.
I’m not sure if I can say one thing has helped because all the recipes have helped to start my transformation. I guess replacing a meal with a juice made a huge difference. My favorite juice is my own recipe. I call it Cindy’s Lil’ Bit Of Everything.

Recipe type: Juice
- 2 handfuls of each chard, parsley and cilantro
- 2" of each fresh turmeric and ginger
- 1 head of celery, 2-3 cucumbers
- 3 heads romaine
- 1 lime
- 1 green apple
- 1 scoop of protein powder.
- Juice ingredients and mix protein powder into finished juice!
- Tip: Vanilla typically mixes better because of the flavor
It’s not easy but this program really can work. You need to be ready to make the transformation a priority. You need to do this for yourself and your health.
