  • Monounsaturated fatty acids (Oleic acid): Considered a source of good cholesterol, it’s been shown to lower LDL decreasing blood cholesterol and blood pressure.

  • Omega-6 fatty acids: These fatty acids are essential, meaning the body cannot make them on its own and must get them from your diet.
