How To Make Avocado Honey Nut Ice Cream
- 2 ½ cups of full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup mashed avocado
- ½ cup raw honey
- ¼ crushed raw almonds (or your favorite nut)
1. Add ALL ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and cover with saran wrap (push out any pockets of air).
- CHILL mixture for an 1 hour in the freezer.
2. To make the ice cream:
- Place the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the ice cream maker’s directions.
- The process will take 18-20 minutes.
- If you do not have an ice cream maker, you can use THIS METHOD.
Once your ice cream is ready you can store it in the freezer in an airtight container. Cover the ice cream with saran wrap to keep fresh.
To serve, defrost the Avocado Honey Nut Ice Cream until scoopable. Put in a bowl and add your favorite toppings, such as:
- Cacao nibs
- Shredded coconut
- Fresh fruit
