Air Pollution Is Letting Teeny, Tiny, Toxic Particles Into Your Brain – Saturday Strategy

A couple of years ago I was in China and my heart went out to all the people breathing the heavy air pollutants. I couldn’t see 100 yards in front of me and I developed a cough that lasted for days.
When I got back home in San Diego, I couldn’t get this image of people slowly dying from these terrible toxins in the air. So being the superfood nerd that geeks out about the weirdest things, I decided to do some research on this.
And what I found out was absolutely CRAZY!
Let’s be honest – if you live and breathe the air we live in today, you are exposed to pollution and it’s NOT pretty!
Pollution is a really disgusting byproduct we humans have brought to the world and it can do some big damage to your health!
Experts have known for years that pollution is harmful to the human body – the most obvious being your lungs, skin and heart.
Recent studies have also found that pollution can damage your BRAIN.
I don’t know about you, but keeping my brain healthy is extremely important to me. And I hate knowing there are things we CAN do to improve it’s health, yet not everyone knows about them! And that’s the reason I want to talk to you about this today.
Pollution: Should You Really Be Worried?
Let me ask you this – how much pollution do you think you are ACTUALLY breathing in?
Statistics say that the average American breathes 2 gallons of air per minute, which means you breathe around 3400 gallons of every single day.
So depending on where you live, how much time you spend waiting in traffic, how much time you spend walking by roadways or industrial plants – determines how much actual pollution you breathe in every day.
Even if you live in the country away from all the crap, you might not be safe because they’ve found air pollution from China all the way in Central Valley – that’s California, peeps!
Chances are you and I are both breathing in more pollution than we should! It’s disgusting!
Researchers from Lancaster University in the UK found tiny magnetic particles from air pollution lodged inside human brains. So not only is the nasty air hurting your lungs and heart, but it is lodging itself in your BRAIN.
Are you kidding me?!
Scientists predict that inhaling air pollution takes one to two years off your life. Researchers even theorize that air pollution could be a cause of Alzheimer’s disease and other problems with the brain.
