Have you thought about trying a vegan diet, but aren’t sure where to start? Or are you a committed vegan looking for a good reset/detox regimen? Look no further!

We’ve compiled some fabulous recipes and an easy-to-follow schedule to get your body on track for success!

3 Day Sugar Detox (Vegan)

Here is a three-day vegan meal plan that is formulated specifically to help you detox from sugar, cleanse your system, lose weight and improve your overall health: 

DAY 1

Breakfast: Green Juice

You can make this yourself in a juicer using all veggies along with some lemon or lime. You can also get one from a juice bar or mix a pre-made juice like Organifi.

Snack: Apple or banana slices with nut butter 

Lunch: Plant-based Protein Smoothie

Use a high-quality plant protein powder like Complete Protein and mix with 1/2 banana, some spinach, frozen berries and a little kefir and almond milk.

Recipe Idea:

Snack: Raw veggie slices and hummus

Dinner: Large raw green salad, roasted veggies (i.e. sweet potato, squash, broccoli, cauliflower)
