Do you ever deal with late night junk food cravings?
Well, I deal with morning, late morning, afternoon, late afternoon, evening and late night junk food cravings, so I have devised a solution to squash ALL cravings.
The solution is to find a way to make cheat meals healthy.
You will notice that this is not your normal list of healthy desserts that are labeled vegan or organic, but still chalked full of sugar.
You are really going to get some solutions to your junk food cravings that would get the thumbs up from any trained dietician who is helping you through a weight loss program.
The key to this list lies in portion control. Quinoa, for example, is super healthy, but if you eat 5,000 calories of quinoa, you will still be eating too many calories to expect to lose any weight.
