7 Ways To Make Even Your Wildest Dreams Come True

Written by: Kavata Kithome

I recently went to a graduation; there were fireworks and it was awesome! I love graduations, because to me they symbolize the beginning of a new chapter full of infinite possibilities.

My favorite part of graduation is the commencement speech. It is when the speaker is charged with the task to inspire the graduates to be daring and dream big. He or she also takes a step further and gives some steps on how to successfully charge into the unknown. I found myself wondering how many of those graduates would actually use the wonderful tips and attain success.

I know that I would be so excited if my ultimate dreams came true and until recently I had written most of them off and even forgotten about them. During my transformation, aside from eating well and doing light fitness, I took the time to heal and take care of my emotional and spiritual self. The 90-day program not only focuses on nutrition and fitness, but also on working towards our dreams and goals.

I would like to share 7 tips that you can commit to that can help you achieve your dreams.

1. Making A Vision Board

One of the health coaches at fitlife has a vision board that is only 2nd to Oprah Winfrey’s. A vision board is a large collage made up from pictures, quotes and anything that inspires you. Vision boards became popular after Oprah presented hers on her show. They are a great tool as they serve as a constant visual and energetic reminder of your ultimate goal.

My vision board is on my phone and computer, so that every time I look at my cellphone it is right there to remind me of my goals.

2. Sharing Your Dream

This was a hard one for me, but sharing your dream with any and every one that will listen creates an energy around the dream and gives it power, which increases the chances of it coming true. It is a great way to hold yourself accountable to seeing your dream to fruition. By saying it out loud, you’re confirming the belief within yourself that your dreams are possible and can come true.

3. Do Your Research

Whatever your dream is, research it and find whatever you can on it. By educating yourself on the reality of your dreams, you will be bringing yourself one step closer to getting there. Research propels you forward because chances are you may be pleasantly surprised to learn just how easy it is to accomplish your dreams and goals. As Will Smith has said, be prepared so that you don’t have to get prepared.

4. Visualize The Life You Want

Visualization is a powerful tool, as it allows you to begin living your dream right now. Commit yourself to meditating on dreams for at least 15 minutes per day. Imagine yourself already there and take it another step further and be grateful for it. By doing this, you will begin to see manifestations through the law of attraction; it is like magic.

5. Do Your Daily Affirmations

Tony Robbins would argue that incantations are even more powerful. Affirmations are written positive statements about the things you want.

Whatever your dreams may be, come up with a list of positive statements that reflect your goal and commit to repeating them out loud once or twice a day, every day. Incantations are affirmations on steroids; they’re reciting your affirmations while doing some form of exercise, so that you are engaging your whole body. My favorite incantation is “all I need is within me now!”

6. Ignore The Naysayers

This may be a hard one, but it’s important to remember that everyone will have an opinion and most of those people will not be supportive. Ignore the negative and judgmental reactions. Not everyone will see what you see and that is okay. Do not let anyone bring you down! Be unreasonable and relentless with your dreams and goals.

7. Lastly, Connect With The Universe

Now that you are committed to your journey, it is important to connect with the universe/God to increase your chances of succeeding. You would be asking the universe/God/divine to work in tandem with you to deliver your dreams. Believe in, connect with and express your gratitude to the universe/creator and watch as your wildest dreams manifest.

With all that said, I would like to challenge you to try one or all of these tips. Please take pictures of your vision board and share in the comments below – we’d love to see!

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
