It certainly would, but the question is, where do you get the energy from? For this problem there’s – as always – a natural solution with herbs!

Here are 4 herbs that can give you the energy boost you need naturally:

1. Ginseng

Ginseng has been proven to have a number of benefits; one of which is its property to alleviate symptoms of fatigue and weakness. Ginseng helps to remove the tiredness of your busy day. Many athletes have used it to increase their energy and intensify their endurance levels for better performance. Its greatest benefit might be the fact that it has no side effects, which makes its long term use free of any negative consequences.

You can find ginseng over the counter in extracts, liquids or pills. You can also make your own tea using fresh or powdered root. If you choose to use over the counter ginseng, you can take 500 milligrams twice a day.

2. Stinging Nettle

What could be more energetic and mind awakening than coffee, right? Stinging Nettle actually contains more energy than an entire cup of coffee. Although the name may sound rough, stinging nettle contains many benefits for you to profit from.

The benefits of this herb have been proven for centuries, particularly how it can  reduce daily stresses and rejuvenate your energy levels to give you the boost that you need. Also, it contains a wide variety of minerals and vitamins with assorted functions, giving you the entire beneficial package to enjoy.

Stinging nettle can be found at your local health food store. It comes in different forms such as dried or freeze-dried leaf form, capsules, tablets, juice, tea and root tincture.

3. Rhodiola

The herb is an amazing energy booster. It has powers to replenish energy levels and conserve them for prolonged use. It also has the capability to increase brain function for optimal mental performance. Rhodiola has been used to remedy fatigue for many years. In addition, it has also proven to be of importance in the improvement of attention spans, immune function and sexual performance, effectively covering nearly every aspect of life.

Rhodiola can be found at your local health store and comes in the forms of supplements such as capsules and tablets.

4. Maca

This root focuses on balancing the many hormones in the body and with this property, it helps to manage the hormonal imbalances to conserve your energy, giving you a greater energy pool at your disposal. The root also helps to strike up your emotional connections, helping you achieve greater pleasure and satisfaction in even the simplest of tasks every day.

Maca root can be found in your local health food store in the form of powdered root. You may also be able to find it in capsule, extract, or liquid form.
