Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions
  1. Combine milk and water in a saucepan and warm for 2 minutes.
  2. Add in the other ingredients and let heat for an additional 2 minutes and stir.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder or 2 inch knob of fresh turmeric
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root
  • 1 lemon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
Instructions
  1. Blend together coconut water, turmeric and ginger root.
  2. Strain the liquid through a fine mesh sleeve into a cup of jar.
  3. Add the other ingredients and stir.
  4. Enjoy with a meal to promote nutrient absorption!
