Summer is coming. This is also the season for lemonade stands.
But is lemonade healthy?
Of course, if you make it with an artificial lemonade mix or add a bunch of refined sugar, it is not. However, making natural lemonade – lemons, water and perhaps a bit of honey or date syrup as a natural sweetener – is extremely beneficial and refreshing for your whole body. Lemons are one of the healthiest fruits out there and juicing lemons can change your health.

How To Drink Lemon Juice
The easiest way to drink lemon juice is by simply juicing 1 or 2 lemons in the morning and mixing the juice with a tall glass of warm water. This is also a fantastic way to start every morning. Warm lemon water can jump-start your metabolism and digestion, cleanse your body and wake you up in the morning.
Juicing lemons doesn’t stop there though. Adding lemons to your green juices makes your green juices taste better and adds an abundance of benefits.
3 Juicing Recipes With Lemons
Kaleful Lemon Juice

Ingredients:
- 4 – 6 leaves of kale
- A handful of romaine lettuce
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 medium cucumber
- ½ green apple
- 1 lemon
- 1-inch ginger
Instructions: Juice all ingredients together and enjoy immediately.
Popeye Lemon Juice

Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 large cucumber
- ½ green apple
- 1 lemon
- 1-inch ginger
Instructions: Juice all ingredients together and enjoy immediately.
Light Lemon Juice

Ingredients:
- 2-3 kale leaves
- 1 large cucumber
- ½ green apple
- 2 lemon
- 1-inch ginger
- 1 tbsp of Organifi Green Juice (mix in after other ingredients have been juiced)
Instructions: Juice all ingredients together and enjoy immediately.
