Okay, okay, okay… so I’m totally aware that she isn’t singing about food in this song, BUT these lyrics are precisely how you are going to feel after you take your first bite of this easy-to-make, 3 ingredient dessert.
You are about to get a whole lotta loving when you sink your teeth into these sweet and delectable dark chocolate pomegranate clusters!
Oh, did I mention they are full of health benefits as well?

Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Clusters
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups pomegranate seeds
- 5.25 ounces quality dark chocolate (melted), at least 72 % cacao
- 1 tbsp sea salt
Instructions:
1. In a 12 cup muffin tin, sprinkle a layer of pomegranate seeds.
2. Place the melted dark chocolate in a piping bag (or plastic bag) and cut a small portion of the corner off to create a stream of chocolate.
3. Pipe a crisscross pattern of chocolate on top of the pomegranate seeds.

- Add another layer of pomegranate seeds.
- Drizzle with more chocolate.
- Repeat 1 more layer of seeds and chocolate.
4. Finish with a pinch of sea salt on each cluster.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
6. After removing from the refrigerator, serve immediately.
