Here we are, at the beginning of a new year. I know you have been vigilant in making good choices for you and your family, so today I present you with a gift of 2 amazing and – most importantly – DELICIOUS smoothies to reward yourself with.

These smoothies are packed with nutritious goodness and can each substitute as a great dessert or daytime health boost.

Glowing Green Smoothie

Author:
Ingredients
  • 3 small frozen bananas (I prefer avocado, so I put ½ peeled and pitted)
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 2 – 3 cups fresh baby spinach (you can use kale)
  • 15 fresh mint leaves
  • 8 ounces of almond milk (coconut milk, or kefir will do)
Instructions
  1. Put in blender and blend. Start by adding the liquid to your blender (I use a blendtec), followed by the soft fruit.
  2. Add the greens to your blender last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.

For my apple pie lovers, here is a recipe I know you will love.

Apple Pie Smoothie

Author:
Ingredients
  • 2 red delicious apples, cored (don’t peel)
  • ½ - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 frozen banana (I am not a big banana fan, so I leave it out)
  • ¼ cup whole pecan (with my sensitivity to pecans, I use raw almonds instead)
  • 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. Put in blender and blend. Start by adding the liquid to your blender (I use a blendtec), followed by the soft fruit.
  2. Add the greens to your blender last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
