Excuse the strong language, but seriously…

It is NOT “too expensive” to eat healthy.

How do I know? Well, I’ve been living on a backpacker’s budget (AKA teeny, weeny, meager money) for the past 3 years, but have managed to maintain *most* of my healthy habits while on-the-go.

It’s been possible, thanks to leveraging the power of budget-friendly superfoods!

To be deemed as a “superfood,” the item must be a nutrient-rich food considered to be especially beneficial for health and well being.
