13 Pressure Points To Boost Metabolism And Accelerate Weight Loss

  7. Abdominal sorrow: this spot is located under your chest on both sides. Massage it upward daily.
  8. Elbow: this point is located in the inner part of your elbow. Simply apply pressure for a minute a day.
  9. Knees: this point is just on the outside of your knee. Again, apply pressure for a minute here.
  10. Ankles: there are points on both the outside and inside of your ankle. Massage it daily for a minute.
  11. Upper lip: this spot is right in the middle of your lips. Like with most points, all you need is a minute of pressure a day.
  12. Hand: there is a specific spot between your hand and the outside of your thumb that can help with weight loss. Massage it for a minute a day.
  13. Feet: there are many helpful points on your feet. Walking barefoot or massaging your feet is helpful.
