  3. Stick to 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism working.

  7. Take epsom salt baths (1 cup salts, 1 cup baking soda, 10 drops essential oils – optional).
  8. Increase your physical activity to help you sweat out more toxins, aiming for 20-20 minutes minimum each day.
  9. Meditate.

Instructions
  1. Depending on your machine if its a blender add water to dilute the ingredients. Otherwise juice according to directions. Enjoy!
