I’ve slept on way too many beds in the past year. Bunk beds, air mattresses, overnight train beds, makeshift couch beds – you name it and I’ve most likely slept on it.
I recently returned from a 16 month backpacking trip in Europe, which was a great adventure! I was really looking forward to coming home and sleeping soundly, BUT – that hasn’t happened… YET.
I NEED SLEEP!
Hence my mission to find natural methods to help me get better sleep.
